Hello. I am a fully qualified and experienced psychotherapist practicing since 1988. I offer short and long term mindfulness based psychotherapy for adults, clinical supervision, EMDR, and the Jon Kabat-Zinn Eight Week Mindfulness MBSR/MBCT Meditation Course for Bath and Bristol. I also offer supervision for mindfulness teachers and therapists using mindfulness in their practice. I am located in the Lansdown area of Bath - a five minute drive from the centre with free parking.
